Over the course of 2 years, I have become much stronger and healthier, and increase my weight from 56 to 70kg due to muscle which was an important step for me. Thanks to Lloyd and his methods, I have acquired a taste for exercise and I am always looking forward to the next session

I decided to join Lloyd after he was recommended to me by a friend. I had really been struggling with my mental and physical health and knew I needed to get on top of things before they got worse. Safe to say meeting Lloyd was a massive turning point for me. Instantly I felt at ease in his company and it was clear to see just how knowledgable and passionate he is about what he does.
As well as being professional, every single session is fun, educational and completely tailored to you as an individual. I’m losing weight, getting stronger and finally starting to feel good about myself again. The personalised nutrition and workout plan ensures I keep on track between sessions and I always know if I need some guidance Lloyd will be at the end of the phone to help.

I highly recommend Lloyd, having used a few PT's in the past I saw huge differences in comparison.
He really listened to my needs and goals, asking how many days I wanted to train and produced completely tailored training programs to fit my diary. No one plan fits all with Lloyd.
He then looked into my current diet by asking me to track my current eating habits. Once he knew and understood them, he recommended the changes required to achieve my goals.
After training for several years and sometimes falling off the wagon for not seeing results alone and also with other PT's I saw huge differences in three months with Lloyd, not only dropping fat and building muscle, but also feeling healthier, more energised, and actually eating more food.

Having trained with Lloyd for nearly a year now, I have really enjoyed our sessions. Lloyd is an amazing PT, he has trained my daughter for about 3 years and not only has he helped her to maintain her fitness level and build strength. I've been going to Lloyd since just before the lockdown and prior to that I hated working out as I always did the same old thing and got bored. Lloyd has made me enjoy working out and keeps it fresh and different every session to help me achieve not only my goal of losing weight but has me a lot fitter also. He has great knowledge and has passed that on to me to take into the gym myself.
I had my first training session with Lloyd on 24th August 2017 and have trained with him almost every week since then.
I remember the exact date because it was the start of an incredibly positive change in my life. I may leave a training session exhausted and incapable of rational thought, (or safely descending stairs!) but the positive differences regular training sessions with Lloyd make, are reward for the effort it takes. Do I enjoy every PT session I have with Lloyd?
No!
Do I feel challenged, and can I see progress?
Absolutely!
That is what I want in a personal trainer, someone who will push me through exercises I would probably avoid if training on my own.
I have been assisted through injury recovery / rehabilitation. I have been challenged in a whole new way of training and been able to understand what I am doing and for what benefit. I can measure my progress and see improvements with training sessions that are programmed for me rather than them feeling as if everyone of his clients do the same thing.
Lloyd is quick to reassure and praise effort as well as offering advice on improving technique. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of training and always available for advice and opinions. (although he needs to take more control over what playlists are being played)
Started training with Lloyd in 2017. Took a break and returned during the end of the pandemic in 2020/21. Lloyd is amazing at listening to what you say you want and giving you what you actually need- each workout plan is personally tailored to each client and what their goals are. I feel that over my time with Lloyd I have grown in confidence with regard to training and I have 100% achieved the goal of being able to go away and train alone in between sessions. If anyone is looking for a trainer who will not only be a mentor and guide you towards your physical goals, but also an ear to listen to all your problems and make training fun and enjoyable, then Lloyd is your guy!
