Every athlete has a natural ability at their sport or has worked very hard to get to where they are. Time, effort and repetition practicing on their specific sport or movement has been key for them to get them where they are. But what happens when the body starts to give problems or performance is plateauing?
Injuries, imbalances, plateau with progression on performance will eventually become a part of an athletes career. Our goal is simple. It's to change this.
Whether you're starting a specific sport or hobby to being a professional in your sport for decades. I want to work with you and HELP.

I am a golfer currently playing off +3.5 and have been involved around the sport my whole life. I started training with Lloyd for a couple reasons. Firstly, to put in place a pre round mobility routine in place. Secondly, to increase overal strength and endurance to be able to plauy numerous rounds a week without fatiguing. He explained everythuing simply to me and i can only thank him for helping me achieve both of these.
I started with Lloyd early November 2023 to help with flexibility for golf at my great age of 55. (Handicap 4.9) His knowledge and patience are helping with both mental health and physical stamina. Onwards and upwards, I highly recommend him.
I have trained with Lloyd for 8 years, and I have found him to be friendly, helpful and supportive. I initially started with Lloyd to start exercising and do more in the gym, and then over the last few years this has changed to more strength and conditioning to supplement my running.
I have found Lloyd to be exceptionally knowledgeable, and is able to research exercises and provide suggestions to aid my running. This has included adapting the sessions to focus on specific areas such as strengthening upper body, core strength, lower body biomechanics and also stretch sessions.
Strength and conditioning is often the forgot part of running and I find training with Lloyd makes this S&C work enjoyable and makes me accountable for getting it done.
The S&C work with Lloyd alongside my running training has enabled me to complete 5k & 10k PB’s, and have the confidence to run longer distances in the future.
Where injuries and niggles have occurred, Lloyd has been able to adapt the sessions to avoid making them worse, and provides a direction for once the niggles and injury has gone.
I find working with Lloyd to be a key part of my running training, where I would not have achieved some of my achievements without him and would not hesitate to recommend Lloyd to anyone.
