I’ve been involved in sports and fitness my entire life. Following an injury to my knee at 14, I received strength and conditioning training as part of my rehabilitation.
Because of this, I took a great interest in the gym and understanding the human body, which lead me to gaining a BHSc degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science, specialising in personal fitness training.
I’m an avid sports fan; love playing golf and of course going to the gym.
I’ve been changing peoples lives for the better for the last 10 years, via the gym and sometimes online. Helping them to lose weight, gain muscle, overcome injuries, manage pain and increase fitness in order to reduce stress, give them extra energy and even help them with a good nights sleep.
And you don’t have to be the regular ‘gym going’ type. I’ve helped many social groups, including:

1. 1-to-1 personal training sessions at a PT studio in Bolton;
2. Nutritional and training advice through online coaching.
